Pinot noir.
Present on a granite soil.
The grapes are harvested manually with sorting on the plot.
The vinification is classic with maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
The wine is aged in barrels and vats.
Colour: slightly vermilion.
Nose: delicate note of redcurrant and mixed berries. A hint of rhubarb.
Palate: subtle attack, fresh and delicate on the palate. Discreet tanin, finish with notes of red berries with hints of undergrowth.
What we liked with this wine: Mushroom and poultry pie.
This wine develops its full complexity 4 years after bottling.
